A little about me...
Jasmyne is an artist, art therapist, registered psychotherapist, and dancer. Jasmyne completed her masters-level degree in Art Therapy at the Toronto Art Therapy Institute, and studied visual art and psychology at McMaster University. Jasmyne's practice is a person-centered, relational approach to therapy. Informed by nature, somatic practices, positive psychology, and secular spirituality.

In a safe, compassionate space, clients can turn inward to connect with themselves, and use their art to externalize thoughts and emotions within them. Metamorphosis Art Therapy is a small art psychotherapy practice supporting inner transforamtion, self-exploration, perspective shifting, healing and personal growth through both creative expression and talk therapy.

Talk Therapy

Psychotherapy through a relational, trauma-informed, humanistic lens. Focusing on inner exploration, coping tools, and emotional support-tailored to each clients individual needs.

Art Therapy Groups & Workshops

Supportive art therapy groups and themed workshops that encourage connection, community, self-discovery, and skill-building through containment and guided creative practices.

Jasmyne offers virtual art therapy and talk therapy for Youth and Adults in Ontario, as well as in-studio art therapy in Hamilton, Ontario, with select availability. Jasmyne has several years of experience working in residential treatment centers with individuals struggling with substance use, as well as working with Indigenous populations across Ontario. Jasmyne has special interests in dream psychology, somatic psychotherapy, and eco-art therapy. Jasmyne strives to empower clients to be an active part of their own care and well-being, therapy is a collaborative effort and clients gain more from participating in their own healing and transformation so that it's specific to them. Jasmyne embodies authentic living and promotes multi-dimensional self-care, holistic healing, and makes the effort to consider all the factors affecting wellness. 


Trash Turtle Movement

A community-based, eco-art movement of individuals who clean up litter and use found materials to make art, photograph it, and discard. Making a statement through the juxtaposition of nature and human made trash.

Birds of a feather Art Therapy Workshop and Mural

This week long art therapy workshop was offered to elementary school students living in a remote Indigenous reserve in Northern Ontario. The workshop focused on grief and traditional Indigenous teachings surrounding the feather. The outcome was this mural of collaborative wings made up of each students feather

Heart Healing & Feeling art workshop and sound bath

This outdoor art workshop & sound bath brought people together to a soft place of checking in with their heart space through breath work and collage; while basking in the healing vibrations of singing bowls.
